Game never opened

Purchased the game 2 months ago and have tried to get support / reinstalled with no luck it has never opened. Late 2014 MacBook Pro i7 quad:
Solved: "This is likely caused by the game not connecting to your Game Center app.

Please launch your Game Center app and click on your user name to display the option to log out.

Restart your Mac and relaunch Borderlands: The Presequel to log back into your account."
